If I have a delivery or service tech appointment can we schedule your service to coincide with it?

We accommodate our customer’s needs whenever possible, especially when it means a savings to them.


What payment types do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Zelle, credit cards using PayPal as well as personal checks, money orders and of course cash.


What if I want to pay you for the entire year at once?

You may make any amount of payment at any time.  We will refund the prorated amount that was not used if for any reason you choose to cancel your service.


What discounts are available for annually or semi-annually payments?

We price our services so there is no room for discounts based on advanced payments. Advanced payments are accepted as a courtesy to our customers who would rather not make a payment each month.


Is your service designed with a long term commitment for service?

Our service is considered to be month to month, we do ask for minimum of a 30 day notice of cancellation in order to adjust our scheduling. Based on this policy the shortest period of service with us would be 60 days to begin with and 30 days there after.


Why must you run water, look under sinks, etc. wouldn’t it save me money if you just walk through my house?

The very reason you have a professional watch your home is to hopefully discover small indicators of soon to be major problems. A quick walk through is almost like doing nothing.


Will you take photos of my home and if so how many?

We will take as many photos and as often as you wish, however we appreciate your understanding that photos of unchanged conditions and the time to do so is not a good use of our time available to inspect your home. We ask you try to limit your request to 8 per inspection.


If I choose to view my report securely online, are the reports archived for future review?

It is always best to print each report after reviewing it, however each report is archived in our database for as long as you remain our client. Sorry photos are not archived.


Can I request the same home watch professional inspecting my home each service?

We assign the same home watch team member to your home for the duration of your service with us. The exception to this statement would be if your team member is sick, on vacation or has another client meeting conflict.


Why shouldn’t I just ask my neighbor to watch my home?

Three words really…Insured and Bonded! Let’s face it, many neighbors will check on your home if you ask, however several things can exist when you do it for you:

-They feel compelled to answer yes simply because they have little choice to say no, your a neighbor asking for a favor.

-They have less knowledge of what to look for in preventative inspections.

-If some problem arises out of this lack of knowledge or not, they will feel badly regardless of how many times you tell them not to concern themselves.

-How do you fairly compensate your neighbor for their time and do they feel it is enough or too little?

-You owe them as many favors as they looked in on your home and they add up over the years.
